A: It's a big little city where one can really make a name for themselves and their business quickly.
Q: How did a grant from Main Street Ventures impact you and your business?
A: This grant is a real foundational piece for us to grow by increasing production capability and operational efficiency.
Q: What does a typical day in your life look like?
A: 5 am wake up and train until 730ish, work until 5 or 6, and home with my wife and girls for the evening.

A: Start with what's best for the guest and work backward from there.
